This ice cream maker looks very nice and creates a wonderful confection better than anything you can buy in the store. Freeze the ice cream maker’s bowl, pour in your ice cream base (generally milk, cream, eggs and vanilla) and turn it on. As with any ice cream maker it is loud in the making, but the noise for 15 minutes is worth it. Add chocolate chips, candy pieces, fruit - whatever you fancy about 5 minutes before finishing. The consistency will be something akin to ice milk. Freeze this mixture for another 1-2 hours afterward. The ice cream is even better 2-3 days later when kept frozen and covered.
